The Community Foundation of Harrisonburg & Rockingham County developed the Community Needs process to assist nonprofit organizations in getting the funding they need for particular projects by informing charitable individuals and groups in our community. We provide a simple grants application process for nonprofits and get the word out to the community to increase support for these charitable organizations.
