Executive Director

Revlan is a Harrisonburg/Rockingham County native who came to the Community Foundation in 2006 with almost 25 years’ experience working with donors at two local nonprofit organizations, Massanetta Springs Camp & Conference Center and WVPT Public Television.

Revlan lives in Bridgewater with her husband, Fred, and together they have four children and two grandchildren. She is passionate about preserving community assets and working with donors who want to give back to the local community. In her spare time ,she enjoys mission trips with her church, baking, camping, hiking, gardening, and being with her family.

Anna Wagner, CPA

Anna Wagner, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Anna joined the Community Foundation in March 2023. She is a native of the Shenandoah Valley and a graduate of Liberty University. Anna is a Certified Public Accountant with over five years of public accounting experience in audit and assurance services, specializing in nonprofit organizations, data analytics, and single audit compliance for both municipalities and nonprofits.

When she’s not in the office, Anna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, camping, history, and gardening. One of her favorite ways to spend an evening is reading a book accompanied by her tabby cat and a cup of hot black tea. Anna also plays the piano and serves as a pianist for her church.

Ann B. Siciliano

Senior Director, Scholarships & Grants

Ann joined the staff at The Community Foundation in June 2012. She is a native of the Shenandoah Valley, and a graduate of James Madison University. Ann spent 16 years in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative with GlaxoSmithKline. In 2003, she stepped away from that career to spend more time with her family, devoting the next eight years to serving as a school and community volunteer. Ann enjoys managing scholarships and working with students, as well as promoting the needs of local nonprofits, in her role at The Community Foundation.

Ann and her husband, Mark, live in Harrisonburg and have two adult children and two grandchildren. Ann is a sports fan and in her spare time she enjoys travel, food & wine, cultural events, ballgames and time with friends and family.

Kelsey Gerber

Program Manager

Kelsey joined The Community Foundation in July 2024. She is a native to the Shenandoah Valley and is a recent graduate from the University of Lynchburg. Throughout her college experience, Kelsey found her passion for community engagement and nonprofit work. She spent her four years being an active volunteer in the Lynchburg community, and she is excited to begin serving her hometown community in a professional role. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going to local restaurants and shops, and being outdoors.

Lauren Jefferson

Director of Programs and Marketing

Lauren joined the staff in summer 2024. A fifth-generation Californian, she has made Harrisonburg her home for the last 22 years. She‘s a graduate of The College of William and Mary, University of York and James Madison University. After so many years of getting to know the community through various positions in the Harrisonburg City Schools, the Daily News-Record, JMU and Eastern Mennonite University, she’s honored to be part of the expansive philanthropic mission of The Community Foundation. She manages communications and marketing, as well as Great Community Give, Excellence in Nonprofit Leadership, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, and Rocco Forum on Philanthropy. In her free time, Lauren enjoys running and hiking in wild places, gardening, playing the violin, and watching her chickens enjoy life.

Ashlee VanArsdale

Ashlee VanArsdale

Donor Services Associate

Ashlee joined the staff at The Community Foundation in August 2025. She is a Shenandoah Valley native and a 2021 Bridgewater College graduate. She began her career in development at a local wildlife nonprofit, where she quickly fell in love with building relationships with donors and helping a nonprofit organization thrive. Ashlee is excited to bring that same dedication to The Community Foundation, where she feels honored to serve the community she calls home. Outside of work, she enjoys attending concerts, spending time outdoors and in her garden, reading mystery novels, and baking treats to share with family and friends.
